Arash Mohajer

Arash (“Rush”) Mohajer is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters, with a particular emphasis on representing businesses in high-stakes disputes in both state and federal courts.

Rush brings a multidisciplinary approach to his practice, integrating legal, business, and scientific perspectives to deliver strategic and practical solutions. He represents clients through all phases of the litigation lifecycle, from early case assessment and strategy development through discovery, motion practice, trial, and settlement, in matters involving breach of contract, enforcement actions, business disputes, and commercial liability.

His practice also includes advising on sophisticated commercial and technology transactions, including master services agreements (MSAs), SaaS agreements, intellectual property licensing, and cross-border or multi-jurisdictional coordination. Rush has significant experience counseling clients on trade secrets, data privacy, and employment-related intellectual property matters, including confidentiality agreements and proprietary information protections.

In addition to his litigation and transactional work, Rush regularly advises companies on regulatory and compliance issues, with particular insight into healthcare and technology-driven industries. His ability to navigate the intersection of law, innovation, and regulation allows him to provide tailored guidance to startups, emerging companies, and established enterprises alike.

Prior to his current role, Rush practiced at nationally recognized law firms, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Baker Botts LLP, where he focused on intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, and technology transactions. His work included advising clients on infringement risk, patent validity, and regulatory compliance, as well as supporting high-value transactions and complex legal disputes.

Before entering the legal profession, Rush earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Utah, graduating with top-class honors, and held leadership roles at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data security. This background gives him a sophisticated, business-oriented perspective on innovation, investment, and regulatory dynamics in biotechnology, healthcare, and emerging technologies.

Rush earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the California Law Review and received certificates of specialization in Law and Technology and Business Law.
