John Bedecarre

John is a dedicated litigation attorney with experience in environmental and real estate litigation as well as estate planning and probate. His practice focuses on guiding businesses, individuals and families through a wide range of complex matters with a thoughtful, client-centered approach.

John’s path to Texas began when he relocated from California to attend the University of Texas School of Law. After earning his degree, he chose to maintain ties to both states by becoming licensed in each, allowing him to assist clients whose businesses, estates and assets span multiple jurisdictions.

In addition to his litigation work, John brings valuable experience to estate and probate matters. This background allows him to provide a comprehensive perspective when disputes involve family-held assets or complex inheritance issues. He also serves as a court-appointed attorney in guardianship cases, where he advocates for the rights and best interests of individuals facing potential incapacity.

Outside the Office

John enjoys embracing the local Austin culture, including two-stepping, cooking, and spending time with his 11-year-old terrier mix, Luke, on early morning and evening walks.
